Bag Policy
The Canada Life Place bag policy is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and to help streamline the entry process for a more enjoyable experience.
Large bags will not be permitted, with the exception of medically necessary items, which will be inspected upon entry. Guests may bring a clutch or small bag no larger than 8" x 8", or a clear bag up to 12" x 12".
Bags that exceed the permitted size can be checked at Guest Services for $7.50 + HST.
All medical bags and clutch purses are subject to search.
Note: Bag restrictions and prohibited items may vary for concerts and London Knights games.
Bags Allowed
- Small Clutch/Bag - One small clutch per person. No larger than 8" x 8"
- 12" x 12" Clear Bag
Bags that do not get these descriptions will not be allowed in the venue. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the venue entrance.
Bags Prohibited
- All purses, bags, or containers larger than a small clutch bag of 8" x 8"
- Computer Bags
- Backpack
- Camera Bags
- Coolers
- Cinch Bags
- Luggage of any kind
- Briefcases

What happens if I take public transportation or uber?
Bags that exceed the permitted size can be checked at Guest Services for $7.50 + HST.
Can I bring a clear bag?
Clear bags that are 12" x 12" or smaller are allowed in the venue. Anything larger than the accepted bag size will be prohibited.
I have medical items, can I bring a bag?
Yes, bags used exclusively for medical equipment will be allowed inside. These bags are subject to search upon entry.
Can I bring a diaper bag?
Yes, small diaper bags are allowed inside with a child. The diaper bags are subject to search upon entry.
