Cashless Venue

Canada Life Place is a cashless venue.

In our ongoing effort to enhance the guest experience, Canada Life Place will no longer accept cash payments. Instead, all transactions within the arena will be processed through credit/debit cards and mobile payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Wallet. This shift is designed to expedite the payment process, reduce wait times, and offer a more secure transaction environment.

For guests arriving with cash, we will have 'cash to card' locations where you can conveniently purchase Downtown Dollar gift cards. These gift cards can then be used at our concession stands and the London Knights Armoury ensuring you can still enjoy all the amenities without hassle.

Please note that the Box Office and the London Knights Armoury will continue to accept cash payments.

Downtown London Gift Card is issued by Peoples Trust Company. Card funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) or any other government deposit insurer or agency. Funds do not expire, non-reloadable and no cash access.
